King Ag Systems is the development arm of a working cash-crop operation in Ontario, Canada.
Founded by a Canadian Armed Forces veteran, our ethos is simple: Adapt and Overcome. When commercial AgTech solutions failed to meet our specific needs—or locked our data behind expensive subscriptions—we decided to build our own.
We explicitly rejected the traditional "silo model" common in the industry. Instead, our guiding philosophy is a "Proprietary Core with an Open Edge." This balances a stable, high-performance central engine with the flexibility for open-source integration, ensuring the software serves the farmer first.
The ecosystem includes an extensive Planning module through the web portal, utilizing advanced methods to maintain efficiencies throughout the growing season and analyze the ROI for high-cost inputs required for your crops.
Why upgrade solid old iron only to gain expensive technology? While other precision Ag brands exist just below the "Big Guys" in cost, the only other economical solutions are open-source DIY systems that require an engineering degree to operate. We are building the road between them.
Current Operations: We are a first-generation farm, actively growing crops while developing the Yield Ops platform. Every line of code is field-tested on our own equipment, including Case IH tractors and customized implements. Our ecosystem is designed to accept connections to various brands and parts you may already own.

Operating at the critical intersection of rugged hardware, tactical electronics, and high-fidelity data. I manage a family farm (livestock and cash crop) and a Precision Ag software and electronics development business, while finishing a self-built home from the foundation up.
Designing and deploying carrier grade wireless backhaul (Ubiquiti UISP/UniFi) and tower based wireless networks. Expert in high performance routing, switching, and local server arrays for massive agricultural data processing.
Specialized in GPS mapping, multispectral imagery, radio and satellite communications in remote, low connectivity field environments.
Precision 3D fabrication (Voron 2.4).
Competitive bass tournament angler and shooting sports enthusiast. I demand high reliability from optics, GPS units, and field deployable electronics.
I provide technical, data-driven field reports on hardware durability, software integration, and system performance under extreme conditions (-20°C Ontario winters).
